Richard’s approach to insurance is shaped by a lifelong career in protection and service. He is the retired Sheriff of Chester County, South Carolina, a military veteran, and a retired member of the South Carolina Army National Guard who served in Iraq from 2004 to 2005. Under his leadership, Alpine Advantage Health Insurance has grown into a trusted, multi-agent agency with a physical storefront in Lancaster and multiple local awards for service excellence.
